While the Swine Flu has created a half-hearted, Bird Flu-like reaction with many U.S. citizens, most claiming the hysteria is ridiculously over-publicized, the first woman, Judy Trunell, has died as a result of this flu, that has taken lives all across Mexico.

• Sanitize- wash your hands often.
• Be aware- of the symptoms of the Swine Flu. Seek help immediately if you feel sick.
• Avoid- Okay, I did mention you wouldn't have to confine yourself to your apartment, but if you're sick- don't exacerbate the situation by going out. Don't be a jerk- don't infect anyone else.
